I think this is a copy/paste of a "Best Of Craigslist" ad for another 240 from the Midwest somewhere, a blue one I think. It was on the Volvo dork forums in the last couple of years. This is the exact ad, edited for this car. The original one had a note about looking like an identical car that was owned by a drug dealer in the neighborhood, or something. It's still brilliant, and I think every Volvo 240 owner should use this format when selling.
Full disclosure: I own one, a blue '79 245, that's actually for sale. I should use this, too.
